Clay Moser is a highly experienced coach, executive, and speaker with over 30 years of success across NCAA Division I, the NBA, international basketball, and nonprofit leadership. He has coached in four NCAA Tournaments, including multiple Sweet Sixteens and Elite Eights, and developed top NBA talent as both a collegiate and professional coach.
Beyond coaching, Clay has served as an NBA assistant coach, executive, advance scout, team president, and international consultant, bringing a wealth of leadership and strategic expertise to every team he’s touched. Passionate about mentorship, community, and personal development. Clay now shares his lessons from the court and the boardroom to inspire athletes, leaders, and organizations worldwide.
